"All the staff make a difference"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My husband could not have been anywhere better during his final days. I mentioned this and a nurse said 'it's the job we do. ' But it's much more than that. All the staff make a difference and there are not many people in jobs where they can say that.
