"Extra special effort"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a carer),

Took mum to ED today, following referral from the GP. Department was horrendously busy but the staff made an extra special effort with mum and with other patients. The Drs on duty were particularly lovely - delivering really patient focussed compassionate care in very difficult circumstances.

Dr Aileem was particularly good.

Jayne Who was running the CDU was particularly helpful, although she was under pressure she gave each patient individualised care, and kept cheerful and positive.
