I attended the hospital with my partner who had an appointment for 8.30 however no patients were seen until 8.50 because the staff were not ready. I am not complaining but making an observation that this is not efficient and wastes the customers / patients time and causes frustration. If the appointment is meant to be 8.50 then set it for then rather let the customers / patients wait.
