I was a patient of A&E and just wanted to thank all staff in this department. Dedication of young doctors is admirable but most of all nurses are absolutely amazing. I was surround by many dedicated people full of sense of duty and compassion. I admired them working under huge pressure with calm and profesional approach. I was after that moved to Syon 1 ward, in the same hospital and once again I experienced the most amazing service from staff there. The nurse looking after me must be a greatest treasure for NHS. Caring , warm, super professional, they made me feel like I was in a 5* SPA not a hospital. The way they deal with patients, their needs and sometimes completely unreasonable behaviour or complaints is admirable. They have a lot of patience and a gift of talking to people. I also saw them teaching colleagues who are just joking the team and I think they would make a great mentor and a head nurse in future. They take time to talk to everybody which often is a challenge when things get busy. A big thank you to the rest of the staff as well. Everybody from the person serving meals to the nurses taking blood pressure were lovely.
I couldn't remember names of all doctors who saw me, but again what a service. Honest, truthful, ethic , reassuring and friendly. A big thank you to everybody who saved my day. I have a huge respect for what you all do. With best regards and all the best for future. God bless you all. Deeply grateful, Joanna Sims
