"Nothing too much trouble"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Diabetic medicine

Had to visit without an appointment to get some urgent information for sons diabetes. Receptionist on Osprey was lovely. Didn't ask too many questions, just got someone to help. Nurse was lovely. I also observed a Nurse speaking to a very elderley patient. They were so kind and caring, speaking to him with compassion and respect in explaining the wait for his appointment. We did not feel like a nuisance for having to come in without an appointment which was brilliant. In and out in 10 minutes - didn't get charged for parking as it was a short stay! All our dealings with GWH have been 100%. Thank you to all concerned.
