After a few invasive procedures all is well. Medical staff were good, but receptionist was rather rude.

Thank you for your recent feedback following your visit to Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

I am pleased to hear following the procedures all is well and that you were happy with all the medical staff you met. I apologise if you felt the receptionist was rude, this is never acceptable for any of our staff to be rude when delivering care and I am extremely sorry this was the case for you. The head of the department will discuss your feedback with the reception staff.
