"I had to go to the A&E ..."

What I liked

I had to go to the A&E department as I have broken my leg and was in pain. From the moment I have arrived with my husband I have been given all the due care in very reasonalbe time. I have been offered painkillers, weelchair, glass of water and the nurse was making sure I was comfortable. I did not take nurses's names but would like to tell the she was helpful and highly professional. I came in at about 3pm, she was the young lady with dark hair, friendly and efficient. She did my plaster in the end and gave all the instructions. I was out of the hospital in a couple of hours, including x-ray procedure. I appreciate the at the busier time waiting would have been much longer. I would like to say thank you to everyone, all the specialist and the nurse who helped me. They all were calm, reassuring, efficient, friendly and professional. All facilities were clean, general atmosphere good. Many thanks again.

What could be improved

If my experience can be taken as everyday average experience, nothing needs improving.
