"Carpal Tunnel surgery"

I was admitted to the Surgical Day Unit for carpal Tunnel surgery on my left hand. I took a cancellation as living in Lothians. Staff prior to admission (Paul) and nursing staff during my phone conversation gave me a really good welcome to the hospital and were very thorough. The info pack prior to surgery wax also excellent. On the day of my operation the nursing team were excellent and eased my nerves well. Any questions I had were answered and my documentation ( sick note etc) was all done promptly etc. The surgeon Mrs Betts and the team were first class and it was fantastic to have someone to chat to throughout the operation. A highly professional and efficient team. From start to finish a v positive experience for me. My only hope is that I can go to the Golden Jubilee again for my right hand soon. I'd be so grateful if you would send these comments to those concerned. Thank you!
