I would like to say a big thank you to the Iris nursing team at st Francis, city hospital Nottingham, they have just completed 12 weeks of visits to my wife who has various medical problems and dementia and their help and proffesionalisham was outstanding the only problem with using their service is that it is limited to 12 weeks, this service is worth much better funding which would then allow them to expand and help many more people, Health trust managers please take note.
