Having not enjoyed my previous experience at Frimley Park earlier this year due to a number of miscommunications and errors by staff, my faith in the hospital and the unit I visited has been fully restored. The staff in the EPU unit this morning went to every effort to make me feel like a patient not a number. I would particularly like to thank the sonographer, who really helped to put me at ease and their professional but personal manner allowed me to leave with a sense of security and warmth. Thank you.
