"Contacting PALS (as recommended"

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Neurology

This suggestion is no help at all, as when I did make a visit to the PALS office on the day of my last visit (Friday September 30), the member of staff there was, if anything, even less helpful than their colleagues at the ward reception, accusing me of "screaming" at them -I didn't, and I got no further with the problem. In my opinion, a major London hospital must surely be able to do better than this!
