To start the letter referring my son wasn't very helpful. There were no directions where he needed to go, they were very vague. Then he was waiting for 2 and half hours for a consultant to send him for an x_ray. He has to go back there, am very reluctant as the doctor couldn't make up their mind which tooth needed to come out. Then because my son chose to be knocked out for the procedure I have to take him to st Luke's first then onto Bri for operation. I am shocked, disgusted and worried. Should I let these people look after my son. Wish I could afford private
