I had a morning appointment at the Dermatology unit to check suspicious moles on my forehead and face. After examining them the consultant dermatologist said it was important that I had a biopsy asap. As I was unable to make the next available appointment the consultant very kindly asked me to come back later that day to conduct the biopsy. The schedule was very busy that day and the consultant gave up some of their lunchtime to accommodate me. This went beyond the call of duty for which I'm very grateful. First class service. Thank you.
