Waited five months for a appointment which should have been a 2 week fast track found blood in my urine without a infection and over 65 in the meantime had a blocked kidney ended up in hospital for a week not Basildon I was on holiday this hospital referred me back to Basildon still no appointment 5 month appointment came up a very rude doctor ask why I wasn't seen on a fast track as I was suppose to be and was told I was and this happened in the two wk fast track trying to explain it wasn't but just try to change subject had a stent which I wanted out but the doctor refused didn't believe I was in a lot of pain with it then told me their next ops were in October Nov 16 couldn't wait that long to much pain.
I ended up raising my voice because the doctor wouldn't listen and kept saying to me now you listen to me how rude then the doctor refused to deal with me.
The doctor knew they were in the wrong yet I had a referral to gastrology with in a month I was seen to scanned and diognosed couldn't praise gastrology anoth need to take a leaf out of their book
