I thought I was going to see a counsellor and found it was a CBT session...when I listened to what they said to me of the vicious cycle I was in, I realized that this was the course I did need after all...I was asked to do small tasks on week one and found I managed a few more...by week 6 I totally see that my depression and me are going to parting ways very soon if I follow the plan and not my moods. It will take time to re- train my brain into doing things from habit and becoming routine, rather than convincing myself I am good for nothing...So, to the counsellor for the help over these past weeks.....to the member of staff who fixed me of panic attacks in 2012 and the staff who help Access Sefton run....I personally thankyou all......
"Thanks for the help"
