"Is there an I in team?!"

Went to children's A&E. After a fairly long wait, my son was seen by a doctor who sent him to X-Ray only to be told by the radiographer that he is under the age to have an X-Ray. The radiographer was extremely rude and when asked what the alternative was, I was met with 'I dunno, you need to go back they will tell you there'. The the doctor in A&E was new and was unaware of this and apologised profusely which was understandable, they then sent us on our way with advice to take ibuprofen and avoid contact sports/activities. This information about the minimum X-Ray age could have been relayed to the doctor several times during the process of waiting around and no one did; although several times I was asked my sons date of birth.
