"Outstanding terminal care"

First, I will say that I have been a doctor for 34 years.

My 88 year old father recently had a terminal pneumonia which was treated here. Despite superb treatment, where he had huge doses of appropriate antibiotics, he got worse. We were asked what we wanted to do (and what he would have wanted) and he was allowed to die in peace. The care that he, and we, got from the staff was second to none and was simply outstanding. I cannot thank the staff of ward 18 enough
