I've had a baby at the end of June and I'm still recovering after almost 2 months because of a very bad episiothomy a doctor did. Since then, I've been to the GP once a week, I've been given 3 weeks of antibiotics and I'm breastfeeding, I'm taking lots of painkillers: the GP had to send a referral by fax twice because the first one was missed from the hospital, and this is the third week I'm waiting for a call from the perineal clinic for being checked. I'll definitely go to the A&E by the end of the week if nobody call me, as I cannot deal with this pain and sometimes I can't even look after my baby because I need to go to bed for the pain. I'm very disappointed, I'm even thinking of complaining or more; it looks like nobody from the hospital care of a patient's health or of a urgent request written from a gp for their patient. Really disappointed.
