"Eye procedure"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

Underwent a recent Cross-Linking procedure for Kerotoconus with a DR and Nurse - excellent people. Really helpful. Procedure went very well. Talked me through. Asked me how I felt. The procedure is painful. However, they numbed it and made me feel like a person. I really appreciate the way they dealt with me. Aftercare has been excellent. I previously underwent the same procedure at same hospital in 2015 (left eye). Procedure then felt messy and was painful. The doctor who did it then wasn't emphatic. The doctor and the nurse are great staff. Have also dealt with another doctor, who is a great person.
