What I liked
My wife and I have just had a baby there and we were pretty suprised of how we were treated,
While in labour , no one checked on us for 5-6 hours in the first day, They were "busy" which is fine if we knew, midwife's talk to you like they are doing you a favour.
In the delivery room after 2:30 hours without seen anyone I had to leave the roon looking for someone to get some painkillers and turn on the gas and during birth midwife would ask her to push and kept leaving the roon which was quite annoying and scarry to me.
Everything else was fine, food was good, cleaness was ok
PS: this is my personal opnion, i'm sure they all experienced professionals .
What could be improved
I think midwifes should be more talkative, explain things better and let us know whats happening, as firs time parents we were lost, had to go everytime after them to find answers.
Just a smile and quick explanations would be much better.
Anything else?
Midwife was lovely, shame we had to go to delivery room, they were very nice and friendly.
