No Parkinson's Nurse for over a year.
Consultant we had previously seen over a year ago was excellent - respectful, listened and seemed to really care and explain things but has left.
The locum registrar we saw on last visit was ok but has also now left.
Another registrar we saw before that was arrogant, uncaring, condescending and downright rude and I would not voluntarily like to meet this person again... but unfortunately we have no choice!! Parkinson's disease is a very complex condition and is extremely difficult for the patient and their family trying to cope with their loved one. We are so frustrated and unhappy as our relative has recently become much worse and there is no-one to speak to and seek advice from. Our relative just wants to take a pill and die. We desperately need some support and just not getting any.
"Shambolic!!"
