We had a terrible experience here when giving birth to my son in October 2015. Our antenatal care was fine, but from coming in for an induction to leaving 4 days later, the vast majority of staff didn't seem to care at all. We had to chase and ask for absolutely everything, and there was little to no communication. It is meant to be such a special time and instead it was stressful, and two midwives brought me to tears during the process purely because of their rude attitude. I strongly recommend avoiding the Royal Free. I will not be going back if we have another child.
