"Very impressed"

I have not had to visit the hospital for a number of years and having just returned from a visit I wanted to say how impressed I was with the overall ambience, cleanliness and available services.

I had a 10.00am appointment in Urology. I arrived early as I always try to do and was called before the official appointment time.

The only slight negative was that the tea in Costa seems awfully expensive fro a cup of hot water and a teabag.

However overall a very good experience (well, as good as any can be said when you have to visit a hospital) and all Management and Staff should be congratulated for the hard work that it must take to keep such a large place running smoothly
