"Poor service and misinformation"

About: Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust

Appalling from start to finish.

Tests took 3 days.

Scans were a sham the staff "don't do bandages" their words not mine so the patient had to cut them off unaided in a huge amount of pain.

Misinformed about procedures and timescales. After patient care was incorrect and no follow care which was offered has been delivered as it is not available apparently.
