"overcharged and not informed!!"

im absoulutely disgusted with the service i recevied from this hospital. i had authorised them up to £1500 for tests to my shoulder, which only involved 2 doctor appointments, 2 injections and 1 mri scan and was charged nearly £2100 instead of what i had authorised. the secretary doesnt even bother to email you back, i have made complaints but noone even bothers to reply, have had no reply to my complaint that was sent in to their chief exec. only option left is to now report this to the parliamentary health ombudsman. will not be coming back here again.
