"Thank you for husband's stroke care"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Stroke Care

(as a relative),

My husband was admitted with a stroke last week. I want to thank all the Doctors and nurses especially Louise Amy and Keely. They were so kind to me and my husband.

My husband is home now, nearly as good as before he had the stroke. He is 82.

Thank you so much I will be forever grateful.
