I attended the EPU following a plan from A&E the night before. I was then admitted to a female ward and kept overnight.
During my time on EPU, there was a trainee also, who was well supervised.
The care I received both on EPU and on the ward was really great. Staff were very kind, and treated me with dignity and empathy. Handovers between everybody were good, and everyone seemed up to date with what was happening with my care. They were flexible on visiting hours too which was really helpful.
From the moment I arrived,
I felt I was in safe hands. I'd definitely recommend the care here.
