I've been trying for days to get through to the Opthalmology department about an emergency contact lens issue but it is impossible. The switchboard puts me through but it just rings for 4-5 minutes then either disconnects or asks for a user logon ID which I obviously don't have.
It is extremely frustrating, I have called dozens of times but can never manage to speak to someone. That doesn't seem an impossible task does it, in 2016, to call a number and actually speak to someone? Can anyone state their direct number where someone will actually pick up?
