My visit today to DMH was spoilt once again by your car parking, it is getting worse by the day. I attended in January twice 4th and 11th, then 29th February. I am a 77 year old disabled male and to be able to attend my appointment each time my wife had to drive round the car park until I was finished with one eye surgery and two out patients visits, which is disgusting to say the least has she also has health problems herself and is suppose to be with me because she is my carer. On the 11th January whilst making my return appointment I asked to be seen in the future at Bishop Auckland Hospital and I said why, I was informed that several people had cancelled their appointments from the car park because of the parking problem. Seeing you are very good at displaying the number of appointments people do not attend, you should also display the number that your parking problem is causing people to cancel. It is a shame to see this hospital in such chaos, when. the staff do their very best each day.
