After having a reaction to being induced I had my baby girl 24 hrs later by emergency c section on 3 Feb 2016 and was amazed at how all the staff we interacted with were so caring, considerate and professional. The midwives who sat with us through the night while I got to 10cm were very good at keeping me calm and relaxed. Special thanks to the anesthetist who kept talking to me through the c section as I was a little panicky and without them I don't think I would have got through it. And of course the doctor who acted without hesitation to make sure my baby got here safely.
A further massive thanks must go to the staff on ward 4. They looked after us so well and despite being busy they always had time to sit with us and take time to care for my baby. Can't express how grateful I am to them!
Although I didn't get the labour I wanted I can honestly say that the staff made me feel at ease at all times and most importantly me and my baby are safe and well and we are very thank ful to all of the staff!
"Outstanding care"
