I had to attend the Coate Water unit yesterday, for a short synacthen test. The care I received was excellent in every respect. Despite being full and probably understaffed, the organisation was excellent, as was communication between the nurses and to the patients. Explanations were given at every step. The nurses were professional, respectful, kind, caring and appeared calm and efficient.
The staff on this unit are a perfect example of excellent organisation and teamwork. I cannot praise them highly enough. First class nursing care!
