All I need is a blood test.

Told by GP to go to St Albans City Hospital. Went, and after paying £3 parking, was told that blood tests were only available much later that day. Came back another day, paid another £3 car parking, and found a queueof over 1.5 hours. I can't afford to hang around like this. I feel like I'm not paying for this service, and consequently I'm treated like cattle.

What could be improved

All I want is a simple blood test that doesn't charge me £3 to park my car, and where I don't have to wait more than 10 minutes.

Anything else?

I have high blood pressure due in part to stress - this isn't helping ! ! !
