Wrong information about the ward they were in.
Then impossible to get the phone answered when calling in -obviously (maybe not to the atrocious management !) people are concerned, may not be able to visit, but want reassurance about their father/mother.
Even employing someone on admin duties eg.answering the phone would be amazing !!
Summarising - a lousy service - as patients have got nowhere else to go !!
