"Review - hopeless booking system"

Some of the GPs are very helpful and experienced but the booking system is a nightmare. It's rarely possible to see the GP that you want. One is supposedly able to book online, but this is very limited, with only a few GPs appointments available/listed (usually clashing with school run times).

This leaves the lottery of phoning up at 8am to try to get the GP you want on the day (invariably it is constantly engaged). This usually fails because you can't get through. If you then request a specific GP for say a week's time, you'll be told you can only book for that specific week, and should call back again in the morning. You might then try to be flexible and ask for one or two other GPs, but these too, will be unavailable.

Finally, ground down and desperate you'll be offered an appointment with a GP that you've never heard of, who's not even listed on the practice's website, for say a week's time.

Totally illogical system. Were it not for the disgraceful user-unfriendly booking system, then I would rate this practice higher.
