The staff were incredibly gentle, thoughtful and respectful of our needs throughout from the shock of our 12 week scan showing our tiny 9 week baby hadn't survived, to the kind and thoughtful support during the day I had my ERPC surgery. Staff in every department were excellent - especially those who made me smile in recovery and gave me hugs when I asked. The only slight thing that could be improved -possibly- is perhaps my maternity notes could have been taken out of their distinctive blue folder as this caused me distress every time I spotted it through the day. Other than that I was incredibly impressed with the care and concern I was shown. Thank you each and every one of you.
