I was very impressed with my whole experience starting with the member of staff who did my first scan Then the surgeon who preformed my Cystoscopy and then the staff member who explained the result of my scan as a lump had been found on my kidney they did it in a very caring way
I then had a C T scan which led to an appointment with a consultant and they explained very well and the implications of removing my left kidney
During the appointment I said I was going to see my family in South Africa on Jan 10th and was going by ship so they said the surgeon would be able to do it in time for me to go
I then saw anther member of staff who was also very supportive and I imformitive
I was then admitted and the surgeon and their team did my OPP which I can only say thank you to you all
The care I received in ward 15 was excellent and thank you for the follow up call
I can only say thank you to you all Well Done NHS
