I was referred to the Nuffield by my GP on the NHS - from the time I was seen by my consultant until my discharge, I was treated with kindness & courtesy. I certainly couldn't have been treated any better if I had been paying for my operation. I stayed overnight & although I didn't have any problems, nothing was took much trouble. I had lovely sandwiches at 10pm & pot of tea much appreciated!
Everything that was going to happen was fully explained to me by the consultant, anaesthetist & all nursing staff. On returning to my room again everyone was very friendly & kind - even saying if I wanted a cup of tea during the night to ring my bell! If I am unfortunate to have to go to hospital again, I wouldn't have any concerns about going to The Nuffield.. Many thanks to everyone .
