I had arrived at the hospital orthodontic area for my appointment and signed in so they knew I was there. I then had to sit there and wait to be called for my appointment which I was waiting in the waiting room for about 30/40 minutes before being called. While I was waiting for my appointment some people had came in after me and even called in for their appointment before me, I was not happy.
After being called for my appointment I was sent to a room to have a chat about why I was there. The surgeon who was there spoke to me like I was a child and was talking down to me. They would not let me give out any opinions of my own I was just there to basically listen to what they had to say. The surgeon didn't even have a look at my teeth during my whole appointment, just spoke to me about what was best for them but they didn't even know what my teeth looked like. They just spoke to me about what they thought was best to happen to my teeth and wouldn't let me speak about any of it. They then said to me about having braces but they wouldn't listen to what I had to say about them not being the best thing for me with the job I work in. They then told my friends to look after me and speaking to them like I was a child and couldn't look after myself. They then sent me away and said they will post me a letter about another appointment which you didn't agree on.
