"Excellent treatment in Emergency Department"

I was unfortunate enough to have to attend the Emergency Department when a recently diagnosed acute condition became significantly worse over a weekend. The care was excellent. Despite being clearly very busy, the nursing staff and ED doctor ensured I received prompt treatment, that a scan was arranged within minutes and that everything was explained to me. I was very impressed with the efficiency despite the clear pressures on the service, and in particular the kind and reassuring manner in which I was treated particularly by the nursing staff.
