this follows on from my story nearly a year ago. I reluctantly had 6 appointments with a psychologist- I had reservations because I thought it would unsettle me ( I have chronic neurotic MI) I declined the DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) as it was too intensive and long I thought, about 6 to 9 months of one to one with group therapy. now acute/ crisis care keep on about it, they say I can go to their outpatients again but I'm asked to refer myself to DBT. just upsets me when I'm fluctuating with symptoms.
"DBT and recurrent depression."
