"Physiotherapy excellent"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

I was referred to the phsio dept for a minor problem but could not have been treated any better.

Marc was excellent he explained everything to me before he examined me then again before treatment. He went the extra mile to ensure I recovered from my injury. He didn't rush the appointment or try to curtail the number of visits. I would defiantly recommend QVH to my friends and family if they ever need treatment.

All the staff appeared happy and willing to help. I was a bit lost at first and 2 people stopped to ask if I needed help to find the department. I have been treated in large hospitals where this would never happen. Your staff are a credit to the NHS.
