On the 7th August 2015 about 15.40hrs I was at home in the garden and felt unwell.
my wife rang 999 and an ambulance was dispatched to my home arriving within 10 minutes of our call "excellent service",the crew very quickly assessed my condition was a heart attack and I was rushed to St George's Hospital Tooting "in there opinion" the best hospital for my condition.
a doctor was waiting for us to arrive and I was immediately operated on and had two stents inserted.
Once onto the CCU ward I was monitored and cared for in a friendly and professional way,the nursing staff were almost one to one which was reassuring to my wife and myself always there for my needs.
The doctors did their rounds daily and were informative of my condition and progress.
The food was ok,cups of tea /hot chocolate always in abundance.
So to sum up I would recommend the cardiac dept in this hospital is second to none and the CCU nurses and staff excellent.
I would like to thank them all for their care!
Many thanks
Dave B.
