Despite having a scheduled time slot to visit the urgent care centre waited over an hour and half to be seen.
Aside that there were no communication from the staff as to why or how long it'll take.
This needs to be looked at. There is something called "customer service "

Aside that a positive thing is staff were polite when approached.
