"The appreciation I feel is indescribable"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I met a lady outside crosshouse hospital and I was in a bit of a state as I was trying to speak with the community mental health team who I mistakenly thought were based in the hospital.

This lady called around and asked where I should be which was the northwest centre quite a bit way from the hospital and she drove me up there and said some very lovely and helpful things. She mentioned she was the communications manger and her name was Eunice.

Thank you to her for listening and helping when she had no obligation to. The appreciation I feel for that ladies willingness to help is indescribable. So thank you Eunice if we meet again your cornetto is on me. : )

It is an unusual day when I am lost for words. twice in one week is very unusual, but thank you so much for your lovely words. One thing I am sure of is that there is no such thing as a coincidence and by bumping in to me you got what you needed (to see the people at the Northwest Area Centre) and that is great.

I am so glad to have been able to help. If we do meet again, I hope my cornetto doesn't cost you £1.75 (as it did me!).

I hope all works out for you and you are ok now.

It's not often I can can make people speechless lol. In my frame of mind yesterday I think I would have sat down and cried if I hadn't met you.

Yes I got the help I needed. They also passed on relaxation CD and I will be trying meditation thanks to your advice.

I mentioned to you I am quite a cynical person so when I meet someone who is more than willing to help a stranger I don't forget them. it reminds me there are good selfless people in the world so thank you for restoring a bit of faith in me as I had lost a lot over the years I've had no help.

I do hope we met again:)
