When I went in to the emergency department due to severe pain the member of staff at the desk first looked at me like I was an idiot and then sent me around to the urgent GP. Once in there and seen to I was again greeted with looks as to why I was wasting their time. Having explained I had taken pain killers that had not helped it was suggested that I take...pain killers, these were supposedly stronger and would help. I paid 8 quid for them and they did not help just as I told them they wouldn't. In the end under my own advicement I used clove oil to numb the areas of pain and I managed to sleep but going to the hospital was a waste of my time and money.
"Minimum care received."
