"Gynae out patients"

Was a little irritated on Thursday morning when the clinic was running one hour behind. However once I got to see the consultant I couldn't have had a better experience. The consultant was polite and courteous, I felt listened to, was not rushed despite the lateness. I was thoroughly investigated, scanned and everything explained thoroughly, which put my mind at rest. The 2 HCA's were great and worked well together, to keep everything running smoothly. Thank you team.
