I had a horse riding accident on Friday evening and had fallen badly onto my shoulder and head. I was in excruciating pain so went straight to the hospital. The service I received there was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't thank the team enough. After seeing I was in a lot of pain and distress they seen to me very quickly and managed to assure me I would be ok. I can't remember all of the staffs name - apologies! But to the two people on reception, the triage nurse, the porter, the radiologist and the doctor! Thank you all so so much! You hear so many negative things written in the media about the nhs well what I say to that is they need to come to your hospital and see what amazing service and care you give your patients. I really can't thank you all enough and so proud we have such a fanastic hospital in the north east! You are all worth your weight in gold keep up the amazing work, long live the NHS :)
