"The staff of A+E, ward 12/14 nightshift/day ..."

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

What I liked

The staff of A+E, ward 12/14 nightshift/day shift and the paramedic(s)/surgeon were very professional at all times while under 24hr observation for head and back injury.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on the services provided by the Trust. We aim to provide high quality services for all of our patients, so we are pleased that we managed to live up to your expectations.

Your comments have been passed on to colleagues in the Accident and Emergency Department and Ward 12/14 at the Princess Royal Hospital.

If any members of our staff (or the whole team) were particularly deserving of thanks or recognition then you can nominate them for the Chairman's Award (see www.sath.nhs.uk/about/awards.asp for more details). The Chairman's Award is presented at every Trust Board meeting. It recognises and thanks staff and volunteers who go that extra mile for their patients and for their colleagues.

Thanks again for your kind comments, and please accept our very best wishes for a continued recovery.
