I accompanied my mother who is rather frail. She was treated with dignity and respect and I was allowed to be with her throughout the whole process. She had a minor procedure which was well explained and she was given time to ask questions. She could perhaps have had better protection for her (new) white blouse . She was given a white plastic pinny to cover herself but it didn't protect the area near the site. She was allowed to sit up slowly after the procedure so that she didn't faint. I was also given clear instructions for follow up care. All in all it was a good experience and makes me proud that I was on old St Luke's nurse and nurse teacher. Keep up the good work
"Very good experience"
