"Unable to reach health visitors on phone"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Health visiting

(as a parent/guardian),

I was concerned about my child and called up my health visitor, but receptionist said she is not around. I kept calling for a week and I was told she's not around, when in fact she was there.

I am so disappointed in them, for telling me my health visitor wasn't there and for not being there for my child when they were supposed to be. I am a taxpayer, and I am so sorry to say I can't have the basic facilities.

Dear Aggrieved parent,

I am really sorry to hear that you have not been able to contact your Health Visitor, especially after a week of trying! This is not acceptable and not the sort of experience that we want any of our service users to have.

In order for me to investigate this further and ensure that it doesnt happen agin to you, your family and others, I would greatly appreciate some contact from you to enable me to gather further information and deal with the situation.

It would also enable me to give you some feedback on next steps and the way forward to ensure that you are not left in this position again.

All I request is to please ensure such an incident doesn't happen again to anyone else.
